Jonathan has worked in financial planning for more than 30 years, which has seen him build enduring relationships with high-profile clients. 

He has been at the helm of FWM for more than a decade, following a line of senior roles at some of Northern Ireland’s key financial firms. 

Jonathan is supported by a strong team of financial experts.

Susan Wilson, Operations Manager and Chartered Financial Adviser, has been with the firm for more than 20 years. A problem solver, she ensures streamlined operations between FWM and clients bringing advanced financial planning skills to the table.

Gerald Stanley, an Adviser, is familiar with the workings of an esteemed financial planning firm. He joined FWM as part of an acquisition of his former self-named business, which was based in Killinchy. He brings a wealth of expertise and product knowledge to the team. 

Emma McCrea is Finlay Wealth Management's Paraplanner. She joined the team in 2015 when she began analysing clients’ needs and responding with the most suitable products aligned to their individual preferences. Prior to working in wealth management, Emma, a St. James's Place alumni, was a claims processor.

Our efficient operations are bolstered by our Administrators Nicole Walsh who joined the team in 2021, and Sara Allen. FWM is Nicole’s first venture into the world of financial planning. She brings a degree in law to the business as well as impeccable organisation skills while Sara, who joined in 2019, brings a decade of admin skills to the post ensuring your dealings with FWM are effortless.
